What is it?

The product is part of a new generation of instant meals, distinguished by quality and organoleptic characteristics unheard of for this product class. EnerZona fisherman's broth and Enerzona farmer's broth 40-30-30 take the place of a 3-block Zone meal and combine excellent flavour with a high nutritional profile. They are rapidly prepared since they require no cooking, just re-hydration, which is an advantage for maintaining the flavour and nutritional characteristics of the ingredients used; indeed, the fish and vegetables in the product are obtained by lyophilisation (freeze-drying), a production process whereby water is removed from food without any thermal stress, thus preserving the appearance and nutritional characteristics of fresh food, as well as permitting their storage at room temperature without the use of preservatives.

Characteristics:

HIGH BIOLOGICAL VALUE PROTEIN: The high biological value protein content is guaranteed by freeze-dried fish or whey protein, whilst an appropriate quantity of fibre contributes towards modulating carbohydrate absorption.
NO HYDROGENATED FATS: The fat content is mostly provided by extra virgin olive oil, stored in liquid form and protected from oxidation by using two gelatin capsules that dissolve rapidly during preparation of the product; this technique ensures the complete absence of any hydrogenated fats.
NO GLUTAMATE: Finally, the innovative use of high bio-available microelements in chelate form and the absence of any added sodium glutamate makes the product profile more complete.

Coocking:

Easily prepared by pouring the contents of the sachet into a container, adding a glass of hot water and allowing the product to re-hydrate for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
